After a parent phone call or an email, teachers must make a record of the interaction on a log to track each contact to establish a pattern of communication as a form of insurance when an administrator needs to follow through with discipline. It could take 10 minutes to read the email and look up information to respond to an email, another 5 minutes to write an intelligent response to the parent, and another 5 minutes to log the parent contact. Our Solution
Our ContactAssist agent will scan your school email every 24 hours, add emails from parents to a contact log, and document the following details into a Google sheet:

Our Solution
Teachers use their own device to sign in with Google, pick a grade/subject/Common Core standard, describe content, and choose a pedagogy (5E, Gradual Release, Direct Instruction, Inquiry, UDL, or custom). Claude Sonnet 4.6 generates a step-by-step lesson outline that includes intentionally-sequenced activities, objective-aligned questioning, checks for understanding, and formative assessment with ready-to-say teacher prompts and durations. Teachers can take notes within the lesson, and the lesson can be saved in their account and later exported into a PDF as needed.
